End User Licence Agreement (EULA) & Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing Nugle (the "App"), provided by Nuance App Pte. Ltd. ("Nuance", "we", "our" or "us"). These End-User Licence Agreement & Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App and all related services. By tapping "Enter", downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you obtained the App via the Apple App Store, you are also agreeing to Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement ("Apple EULA"), which is incorporated by reference and, to the extent of any conflict, prevails over these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to create an account and use Nugle.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Nugle lets you post takes, comments, messages, and other content ("User Content"). You own your User Content. By posting it on Nugle, you give Nuance a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely in order to operate, improve and promote the App.
You may NOT post any content that:
• is hateful, harassing, bullying, discriminatory, or threatening;
• depicts or encourages violence, self-harm, or exploitation;
• is sexually explicit or pornographic;
• is illegal, spam, or infringes anyone's intellectual-property rights; or
• otherwise violates these Terms or Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.
We use automated filters and human moderation to detect objectionable content. We reserve the right to remove any content (or suspend/ban accounts) at any time, for any reason, without notice. We will review and act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
• Each message includes a "Report" button. Use it to flag objectionable content. Our safety team reviews every report, 24/7, and removes content and/or ejects offending users within 24 hours.
• You can block another user at any time from the same menu. A blocked user cannot contact you in the App.
• Follow these Terms and all applicable laws.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with the App or its services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including for violation of these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
Nugle is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You and Nuance agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by other means. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
